He gained valuable firsthand experience in purchasing, selling, leasing, and managing properties, which led him to establish PMI Service Near.
Before starting PMI Service Near, Cheng had a 16-year tenure in the IT industry, working in universities and healthcare. This background likely provided him with valuable skills and knowledge in technology, which can be beneficial in streamlining property management operations.
